THE CHALLENGE
Initially, Autta was created with the purpose of simplifying the connection between clients and healthcare professionals, offering a safe and accessible space where these professionals would always be within reach of our users. However, we realized that, although the purpose was clear, the app's initial design could not translate this mission. Complex navigation and the absence of an intuitive interface drove away many users, negatively impacting our conversion and trust in our platform. We knew we needed a complete overhaul — a design that delivered an experience that reinforced reliability and ease of use for everyone.

We focused on transforming the screens, ensuring that every interaction with the app was fluid and meaningful for users. Our approach included in-depth UX and UI studies, prioritizing every visual and functional detail based on client and professional feedback. The goal was to create an interface that would allow anyone to easily and intuitively find the healthcare professional they needed, schedule appointments and access reliable and transparent information. This reimagining involved a complete redesign that puts the user experience at the center, aligning accessibility, speed and trust in every screen.

Figma was fundamental in the design conception and collaboration process. Thanks to it, our design team could work in an integrated way, iterating quickly on prototypes and receiving feedback in real time. This allowed ideas to be translated into functional and visually appealing interfaces, aligned with the accessibility and usability principles that guided the entire project.
